Cognitive behavioral therapy

In Psychology, there are several approaches that can resolve psychological disorders of all types. Among its approaches is Cognitive Behavioral Therapy or CBT. This approach is very specific, clear and direct. It is used to treat various mental disorders efficiently. Its main objective is to identify patterns of behavior, thinking, beliefs and habits that are at the origin of problems, and then indicate techniques to change these perceptions in a positive way.

EMDR Therapy

EMDR Therapy is an approach to Psychology recognized by the World Health Organization (WHO), the Federal Council of Psychology (CFP) and has been proven through more than 200 research studies published internationally in journals, including the American Psychiatric Association (USA), the Royal College of Psychiatrists (UK), the Veterans Administration (US), and the International Society for Traumatic Stress Studies consider it an effective treatment for trauma and Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD).
